The Cross Over

XO’s signature class combines resistance, strength training, plyometrics and cardio into a fun, fast paced, high energy, music fueled, complete body experience.  In every class you will utilize our pilates reformers, springboards, water rowers and heavy bags for the most exciting, diverse and comprehensive fitness routine that exists currently.  Whether you’re a serious athlete or just getting back into your fitness regimen this class will enable you to achieve your goals and leave you feeling exhausted and invigorated at the same time.  All Levels.


The Cross Over Extreme

Clients who are already familiar with XO’s class format, equipment and exercises are welcome to this more more intricate, more intense experience.  Not for beginners, this class is for the physically elite looking to test the limits of their own body and soar to new fitness heights.  Advanced Level.
